I went to get my 2nd oil change that was included with my maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. All they did was changed my oil and rotated my tires and it took t maintenance plan I paid for when I bought the truck. I literally sat for 3 hours. After that the guy came up and said I don’t have a warranty or anything and they don’t have record of my first oil change I got a few months prior. Just an over all waste of my time and poor experience. They didn’t prioritize me because I wasn’t spending money that day and it was included in something I already paid for. I can change my truck oil in less then an hour no problem. The only reason I went there was because it’s part of the plan I paid for. Hopefully next time they are more efficient with peoples time. I WAS LIED TOO. In April I was in for oil change and had them check out clicking noise in my 2020 Ram limited pickup. They had my truck overnight and changed oil but only had half of the parts necessary to repair exhaust issue. BTW They didn't change the oil indicator in the truck, so I always wondered if the even change it. In August I called, and parts are in, and I scheduled to have them installed and get my oil changed and I had a coupon for full synthetic oil change. So even though they know what needs to be done to complete my job they had my truck for THREE days. During that time, I received no status updates. I finally called service manage who didn't call me back, but I did get call at the end of third day from service advisor saying my truck is done. When picking up truck, service advisor thanked me for my patience. He praised himself for keeping price low which was less than the coupon price for the oil change. I asked him if my oil was changed with full synthetic oil, and he said it was. When I got home, I check out the oil part number on the invoice and realized that it was their standard blended oil, not full synthetic. So bottom line. 1)I WAS LIED TOO. I did not get Full Synetic oil 2)I never got a call that my parts were in to finish original job. 3)During April job I was unsure oil was even changed or wipers changed as requested 4)Was total frustrated with Service Advisor when I check in not being able to communicate concerns with truck from past service. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: PLEASE NOTE: I do understand about staff shortages, some walking off the job and never returning. Having 60+ cars to handle. This they cannot control. I do not want my service advisor being bashed at this point. He only needed to leave messages every time he called, and he did not.Here is my story. They had my car from 7-27 TO 8-22-22. Lack of consistent communication! No call-backs when their voice mail stated, "please call me back when you get this message." I called back and left another message...the cycle never ends! What was the most annoying was when on Saturday, August 20th, at approximately 4 PM, I received a call, answered it, and my car was finished on Thursday! So many voice mails were left for me, and no one stated, 'your car is ready! Therefore, my rental car came to 2,800.00, less than my repair. I have been taking my car there since I bought it in 2012. I never went to another shop since that would void the warranty on my car. Ten years later, it is still a 'phone tag.' In all fairness, when I went to pick up my car, I had my service advisor and his manager in a meeting. We did work out some issues on the entire episode. More

The service department is terrible . Service advisor Nicolas is the worst I will never have him as a service advisor or recommend him this is not the first time either did not do anythin Service advisor Nicolas is the worst I will never have him as a service advisor or recommend him this is not the first time either did not do anything for me wash vehicle or go over my service sheet that they are supposed to do and didn’t pull my vehicle up to the garage area where vehicles are returned to customers had to go find mine and let him know that it was done for a simple oil change that should have been free to being a member of jeep loyalty and wave program the service dept in whole is terrible More
Dropped off my Jeep and it took the dealer over a week to call me about service. Approximate cost for service $5,529 for catalytic converter or appx $8,000 for all. Called around and service and labour less than $800.00 for catalytic converter and $1,350 for all. The only good thing about my experience was a representative, that took initiative to check me out, so I could make my meeting with my staff. My diagnostic cost was quoted at $140 and I paid $190 upon check out. More
