Salesman was good, made things comfortable. Worst service I have ever had. Will not answer phone, Won't return voicemails, Said the part was back ordered-three months later, it turned out they never ordered it, they let me l Will not answer phone, Won't return voicemails, Said the part was back ordered-three months later, it turned out they never ordered it, they let me leave the shop with an unsafe vehicle that the work order quoted "death wobble". On top of all that, they were rude and belittling. Absolutely go somewhere else. Didn't even fix the problem, I had to take the vehicle to an entirely different dealer. More

Very dissatisfied! I have visited this service department twice before and have had a good experience in the past. Not this time! I had brought my car in for a minor re I have visited this service department twice before and have had a good experience in the past. Not this time! I had brought my car in for a minor repair and the service department ended up having my car for a total of 12 days and the only time I actually received a call from the service advisor was when it was ready for pick up. I understand that they needed to order parts and are probably short handed but at least keep me updated. I had to chase down the advisor to get any answers. I texted him twice (no reply), left messages and when I would call his number directly he would not answer, the only time I got an answer was when I went through the dealers operator. So very frustrating! Not everyone has an extra vehicle that they can use when your daily use vehicle is being worked on so if it’s not ready on the date promised, the absolute least you can do is call me and let me know so that I can make other arrangements! Very poor customer service, please work on your communication. When I picked up my car the service advisor was very kind and offered me a discount for the inconvenience which I can appreciate. More
