Upon contacting Michael I was assured that I would get my requested vehicle in a timely manner and I did! He helped me build the vehicle from the ground up and advised me on combinations of features that we requested vehicle in a timely manner and I did! He kept me informed of the progress of my build order and other than one option that I didn't want but that was built onto the car platform, everything was optimal. The dealership honored Employee Pricing that allowed me to take advantage of my entitlement that many dealers will not participate in. We feel car buying is a major expense and undertake this process only when the need or desire is present. Michael appreciates the gravity of this expenditure and made sure that we didn't buy options that were not appropriate for us. We will return to this dealership, in fact, my wife is currently building a new vehicle, a chrysler model, and she will be contacting Michael soon. AutoNation has my support and recommendations.
