Where to begin. I spent over 10 hours between two days there. First day after an hour drive. I had an apt for 1130. A different person than the agent I was talking to came and finally talked to me 45 minutes later. Was taken care of at that point until I told them I wanted the vehicle. Had a software issue so couldn’t finish signing after being there 7 hours. Not their fault. Came back two days later for another set apt. But nobody knew I was coming and spent another three hours there. Also got charged 800$ for something that wasn’t put on my vehicle. Dealership has not worked with at all on scheduling that getting applied. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially if a first time buyer. They use every trick in the book to scam customers and do NOT value their no questions asked return policy, despite claiming to be a no p time buyer. You will not get your down payment back. Patros and Henry are the typical sleazy salesmen not taking no for an answer, while simultaneously withholding information regarding vehicles and policies. At one point, Patros (sales associate) stood hoovering over a lengthy conversation completely out of his department like a bodyguard. So much for a "no pressure" atmosphere. More
Riad which is in the finance department was very helpful and so was Katie Lerossignol. When I picked up my car she answered all my questions and set up everything for me. I would not recommend this dealers and so was Katie Lerossignol. When I picked up my car she answered all my questions and set up everything for me. I would not recommend this dealership as it took way too long to purchase a car with a credit score of over 800. They make you wait way too long in their waiting rooms to get answers. It took 3 days which before I got the car. It was a $50,000 dollar car and I was only financing $10,000. If had not been for Riad and Katie I would have left for another dealership. More
I would’ve given 2 stars but that was listed as “fair” when I feel like “poor” is a more accurate description of our experience. After the first offer we showed another dealers offer showing a higher trad when I feel like “poor” is a more accurate description of our experience. After the first offer we showed another dealers offer showing a higher trade in allowance. When we asked about that number it took 4 more counters with us leaving the building before they gave us a closer number for an allowance. It resulted in our whole day being wasted at the dealership. Afterwards, we were forgotten to be given a temporary plate and allowed to leave with NO tags. After we brought it back for an oils change in the morning we had to wait for our associate to show up since he stopped for food before getting to work. After the servicing, and after we advised the dealership of no tags we were labeled as “being in a rush” but were never in a rush just felt our time was being wasted. Then we had to remind again to provide us with temporary tags. Lastly, after they provided the tag and filled up the car since it was not filled up after they tried to give it to us, the salesman also let us leave without returning the car keys. Overall it felt like a wasted experience with being told they care about our business but failed to show with actions that they actually cared. More
Got my car back and the windshield wiper line had been cut. I really don’t want to drive out there again, leave my car and maybe have to pay 3x , I’ll just fix it myself. No real personal experience or explanation. I like the tech pics, but I had questions and there was no one to ask. Very frustrating. Will take my car to a local shop from now on. More
