Poor communication in service department. I have never experienced it. I went there to find out what was wrong with my car. I called for three days and find out the number that was given to m I have never experienced it. I went there to find out what was wrong with my car. I called for three days and find out the number that was given to me must have a fake number and voice mail. After calling and speaking to the appointment dept, I finally got answer. It took a week to get an answer on what was wrong with my car. Then I had to call to find out when my car was ready. To find out that the service adivsor was dialing the wrong area code. I know that the advisor was new but someone should have help him out. I've gone to this dealership for service before but never have I had the experience this time around. Need some approvements on communication with the customers. More

Tyler and Brian were very nice, we were able to get a fair deal for both parties. There were a few minor snags with delivery and closure. 1. The odometer affidavit and purchase agreement listed 9 miles on the odometer and when we went to leave the dealership we noticed it actually had over 300 miles (this was not disclosed until after we signed) and should have reduced the vehicle cost more heavily. 2. Additionally we were unable to finance through my lender (really a problem with the lender not dealership) because this specific dealership has chosen not to work with them for financing. As a result I had to get a higher rate and use their in-house lender. 3. The floor mats were missing, called and was able to pick up within 2 days 4. There is a door ding which they have agreed to fix but can only repair during the week and now I need to figure out how to arrange my work schedule to have it repaired 😞 More
