I made an appointment to have my jeep serviced with Jason for Friday, May 19th at 7:30 am. After pulling into the service area, I was told they would have Jason out to meet with me. After waiting for 5 min for Friday, May 19th at 7:30 am. After pulling into the service area, I was told they would have Jason out to meet with me. After waiting for 5 minutes, no Jason. I was then told that Jason was in a meeting with his manager and would be out to meet with me soon. After another 5 minutes another attendant came by and took my keys and said I would get a call by the end of the day. NO CALL. On saturday morning I received a call advising that they would not be able to get to my vehicle for at least a week. I was originally told that it could take a day or two, not a week. I then informed them that I was coming down immediately to pick up my vehicle. When I got to the dealership, my vehicle was out front, keys in the ignition, no one came out to greet me or apologize for the mix up. I also noticed a person standing around, not an employee, that could have easily driven off with the my vehicle. This was the worst experience ever and I will never use this dealership for any reason nor will any of my family members. More
The side window wouldn’t roll up in my Fiat. Jason arranged for a Lyft ride home after I dropped off the car. I was pleasantly surprised when he called to say it was repaired & ready for pickup. Jason arranged for a Lyft ride home after I dropped off the car. I was pleasantly surprised when he called to say it was repaired & ready for pickup. I have the extended warranty so it only cost $100. I asked Jason when it expires. He said “Never!” Thank you to all the fine professionals at AutoNation service dept. for fixing my little car. More
My friend bought a 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack here on May 9, 2023. The car was much too powerful for her. She returned it, within the days and miles specified in the AutoNation, full refund for any kind May 9, 2023. The car was much too powerful for her. She returned it, within the days and miles specified in the AutoNation, full refund for any kind of car, with no questions asked return policy. Joseph Asadi, the general manager, gave us a quite astounding answer. He said, no, we won't accept the car for a refund. We don't accept returns of "those kind of cars." The return policy appeared in writing in the original Craigslist ad where we found the car. It was an ad for this car only, no others. The salesman, and two finance men told her, while we were negotiating the deal, that she could return the car, this exact car, if she had a problem. This was because she had serious doubts about the approximately $79,000. total deal price. I had gone along as her advisor and told her to be very sure before she signed anything, because the laws in Arizona are strict and don't allow for a decision period after signing. Then, the three dealership employees all comforted her that was not the case at Autonation. Once again, there was only one car involved. The one she bought. Their word is worthless. Their written policy is worthless. Their level of deceit is extraordinary. Autonation is one of the biggest networks of dealerships in the world. They have not followed any rules for a very long time. Now they think they can bully anyone, anytime. I will take space to describe my friend, PhD, who operated very successful companies honestly and openly, was married to another PhD, a decorated Vietnam war veteran, who she took care of for 30 years while he died of multiple sclerosis, and now just wants to enjoy her widowhood in peace. She did not deserve to be bullied. She was bullied anyway. I told the general manager that if she continued to drive the car, I seriously believed that she would kill herself or others, due to the excess of power. I told him that before he calmly said, no way. More
When I first bought the car two years ago I wasn’t really happy with my purchase but due to the service department I’ve gained to love and be truly happy with my car. Carl in the service department has alway happy with my purchase but due to the service department I’ve gained to love and be truly happy with my car. Carl in the service department has always been honest he understands money can be a problem and helps out. He knows when it comes to cars I know what I’m talking about and doesn’t lie to me and seeing how the showroom has gone through a whole remodel it makes everything look as a dodge dealership should in the end things have gotten better and will definitely continue to buy vehicles and get work done on them in the future More
The dealership was staff was very friendly, and the salesman Theo who took care of me, did a very good job of keeping me informed, and Theo also was very knowledgeable about the information he gave to salesman Theo who took care of me, did a very good job of keeping me informed, and Theo also was very knowledgeable about the information he gave to me in regard to my vehicle. I had a great experience with the staff, and I had the pleasure of speaking to the GM. the GM was pleasant when he spoke, I would definitely refer Theo to anyone looking for a good salesperson to deal with in a pleasant environment, I have nothing but nice things to say about the dealership and its staff. Happy sales Theo! More
