I have been to this dealer multiple times and did NOT have a good experience but this time I went in for a simple oil change and have them look into why my A/C recirculation fan was not functional even t have a good experience but this time I went in for a simple oil change and have them look into why my A/C recirculation fan was not functional even though it was on but via the push button and the touch screen. They are was returned to me with oil change completed and parts on order for the A/C. This was completed sooner than expected. So Kudos for that. Now why would you tie the A/C fan through a sun sensor? Why should the car care if the about the sun period. A/C should care.... but kudos to the dealership for this trip. More

First of all we had to make an appt just to drop the car off. No one looked at it for about 5 days, had to Call Tina the service girl a couple of times before she responded just to say she had no idea what off. No one looked at it for about 5 days, had to Call Tina the service girl a couple of times before she responded just to say she had no idea what was going on 2 days later called again still no idea what was going on, they did not know the whole time if my car was under warranty or not should be 7 yrs bumper to bumper no loaner or rental available finally just got frustrated and picked the car up the guy who was working on it happened to be off Saturday and left the car up in the air with no notes. As we picked the car up they said theres nothing wrong with your car. Thank you but we are going to get a second opinion. More
