The supply chain issue impacted my repair. Nicholas went above and beyond in tracking down the transmission for my Ram 1500 and working with the warranty company. 7 long weeks later, the truck was returned; above and beyond in tracking down the transmission for my Ram 1500 and working with the warranty company. 7 long weeks later, the truck was returned; full repair and running like a champ. And CLEAN. They did a good wash to bring my ride back ready to run, no 7 week grime to deal with. Extremely happy with their service.
