We went to autonation in August 2021 to purchase a 2011 dodge ram 2500 diesel. This was the worst experience of our lives the salesman Riad was okay but, still all about the company. It took over a month to get the truck ready before we could even test drive it. We were going to back out. Then a very smooth talking credit guy Jesse convinced us that the truck was going to be sooo worth the wait. They say 500 miles or 5 days warranty. They said at one point there was a turbo or transmission issue. However when we picked it up there no record of these. One week after taking possession we had multiple codes which the salesman and credit guy Jesse assures us shouldn't be a problem. Then we finally got the truck in and it had a bad trailer brake, they said to bad we purchased it as is and the sales manager Bobby said they were not going to fix it. We drove our truck 1800 miles and the turbo went out. I wouldn't recommend this business to anybody else ever. Just try to call a actual person and see how long if ever they call you back. I called Tom the general manager only to never here from him, I called Maureen in the service department only to never hear back from her. What ever you do no matter how good they make the deal look don't fall for it. We have found a company to install a new turbo. We are on a fixed income and it will take a while to get the money together. But, Autonation North Phoenix was absolutely no help to us! Zero! We also filed report with the BBB. Check out the reviews on this dealer. If zero stars was a option that's what they would get! Once again if you start a deal with them be prepared for the worst customer service experience of your life and they don't care! Roger W. More

Rec’d an online quote out the door price within 20 minutes of requesting it. Only one dealer add on which was great! The add on was tinted driver and passenger windows which I wanted anyway. I was very comfortable at the dealer with no pressure to make a sale. Courtney & Bruce, in sales, did an outstanding job. Jacob in finance was great as well. All very informative and very willing to take their time with me. No hidden charges. I even received incentives on the vehicle, while other brands are adding dollars above MSRP. I would highly recommend the dealership. More
Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone and it took three days to return my voicemail. Had my truck the entire day for recall and my truck didn't need the part replace one answers the phone and it took three days to return my voicemail. Should have just checked the tie rod while I was there and sent me home, instead of paying a lift ride twice which is poor financial management. More
