My vehicle was at your dealership for 2-1/2 weeks and it took 9 days for you to figure out what was wrong with it. Service was much better this time than last, when I was there for 4 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change. This time tried to check in for scheduled appointment via text received from service on there for 4 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change. This time tried to check in for scheduled appointment via text received from service on my phone, did not work. Scheduled online (via an email prompt from them), but when arrived they didn't have any evidence I had checked in. When asked they said their system doesn't work. However, got service done in a couple of hours. Everyone was pleasant and professional. More
