I will not use or recommend this dealer I was lied too by the service writer and the service manager was not someone that gave you any reason to believe that he was out to help you with any issues. When I went into the dealership after negotiating online, I was met by the salesperson who was very nice. Unfortunately when the Manager was brought into the conversation, there was no greeting or introduction. I had to ask his name and he was lacking professionalism and warmth. 2. After finalizing a deal and letting them know I would bring in a check for the purchase. The process still took almost 4 hours to complete. When paying cash, you would think that this process could be expedited or completed in a more timely fashion. 3. The salesperson had the truck detailed which took almost 2 hours and it didn't come back any better than it was on the lot. There is still adhesive residue on the back windows that was never removed. The salesperson never went through the features or walk around of the vehicle with me to see if there were issues or go through any special features. 4. I received an email almost a week later sayin there is additional paperwork to be signed for the deal. 5. They did not fill up the DEF for the truck, after 1200 miles it says it was low and needed to be refilled. 6. I cannot all of the sudden reach the salesperson and get no responses. More
