Unfortunately the part had a long wait due to the global supply chain issues so we decided to trade the vehicle in. The sales team was great and offered us a very fair price on the trade in and the new vehicle. The entire staff was very nice and was never pushy about anything. If you are looking for a CDJR dealer not charging mark-ups above MSRP on new cars as well as having an excellent service center, go here!!! More

I went in thinking I was just going to get a preowned dodge charger but after they assessed my trade vehicle and talked to me they told me I would best be fit for a 2022 charger. I told them my payment goal and they made it happen. I can’t thank them enough for fitting the deal to all my needs and getting me out of there with my new car in a timely matter! I am so disappointed in the service department. I recently brought my Jeep in for an oil change, I get it home and now I have leaks that I didn't have before. Take it in and they say its the oil cooler has a crack. They told me the same excuse a year or s home and now I have leaks that I didn't have before. Take it in and they say its the oil cooler has a crack. They told me the same excuse a year or so ago when I came in for an oil change and suddenly had a oil leak, then said it was the main seal, took 10 days to get it fixed was supposed to be back in three. Then when I bring my Jeep in the last time, I requested a car to use while they are working on my Jeep, I paid for a Platinum Warranty. Was told they had no loaner cars and Chrysler would only reimburse them $35 for a rental. They ended contract with Enterprise because the car shortage prices were higher than reimbursement and it was my problem to rent a car and get reimbursement and pay overage. When I set an appointment for Monday morning they said it would be done by the afternoon. Upon arriving Monday morning was told compressor was out on Saturday and all service was pushed back. Luckily while I was being shuttled home, manager found me a loaner car. I had requested when dropping off the Jeep that the undercarriage be cleaned and pictures taken of oil cooler and replacement. received the vehicle back four days later, no pics and upon parking vehicle in garage had oil dripping. checked underneath, no undercarriage clean, still had same oil all over bottom. Couldn't tell if it was still leaking, so I went to carwash and cleaned it twice. Still getting oil marks so not sure if leaking or still oil on undercarriage. Then when picking up vehicle I also had requested they check a wire that was hanging by the back window. They never mentioned what happened until I inquired at check out. Then was told I needed a new rear window and that the repair was not covered by my Platinum warranty. If I wanted the wired reattached I would have to pay for it myself, $1000 to replace the rear window. Doesn't seem like Auto nation Platinum warranty pays for anything, don't see them giving me a rebate on my warranty when they can't fulfill the terms of the warranty. By the way the wire hanging had some epoxy on the pad and I found it attached to my rear defroster. Googled it and found for $17 how to re attach the wire, no mention of changing rear window for $1000. Seems to me all they are is parts changers and don't even know their own vehicles. I have found from this experience that I would never purchase a Auto Nation Extended Warranty or pre paid oil changes again. Neither service is available in certain parts of the country. When ever I bring my vehicle in for an oil change they seem to want to find problems or over maintain. Ive been told I should have my alignment done every 15k, and for a five wheel rotation they charge $5 on a free rotation. I now take it to Discount Tire, no extra charge and have never had an alignment issue. The one plus of going to this Auto Nation was dealing with Breanna, who was extremely professional and was put in a bad situation trying to take care of my vehicle with her hands tied behind her back and limited resources, just excuses. More
