I had some warranty work to be done, so I went in to set an appointment. I told them that it could only be done on Saturdays, because I use my truck for work, so I couldn’t leave it any other day but Saturd an appointment. I dropped my truck off on Saturday, and was assured that it would be done by the end of the day. They called me about an hour before it was supposed to be ready, and told me that they couldn’t get the issue resolved yet and asked if I could leave it through Monday. I missed a day of work, but I agreed. I just wanted it fixed. I call Monday at about 4 o’clock, and I’m told that they are going to need it another day. I said no way, and I’ll have to pick it up. When I’m told by the service writer, “I don’t care”. When I picked it up, I told them that I’m going to have to wait until a Saturday. I make a Saturday appointment. When I show up, I’m told that they cant do those kind of repairs on Saturday, and that if I want it fixed, I’ll have to leave it for about a week and to get a rental, because they have no loaners. So basically, I wasted a bunch of time, it cost me a days wages, and who knows how much a rental will cost me, to fix a warranty issue, that shouldn’t cost me anything. If I didn’t have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, I wouldn’t. More

The Sales Manager was a typical sales manager, (trying to get me to purchase extended warranty ), but I was already aware of Dodge gives, like everyone else, a 36K mile initial warranty. Not a fan of the Service Dept. Had to come back and have wheel locks installed. Took 1 1/2 HOURS to have them put on. However due to price, which was OUTSTANDING, I would recommend this dealership. Especially Mr. Jorge who was the consummate, professional car salesman. He gets a 10! More
I bought my truck here and always have it serviced here. My service advisor Dana is wonderful. She let's me know when there are specials. I bought my new tires from there. I usually schedule an appointment when I go there, but I have just drive in to get my oil changed. More
