Not organized at all. We called weeks in advance to set an appointment for a simple oil change and that alone took them forever. Not to mention the recall didn't get done on the first visit so we had to go back. We asked for a loner or a ride home on our second visit, they didn't have loners avaible and had to wait hours get a ride back home, keep in mind this was scheduled out and they were well aware we had asked for the shuttle in advance needed. Took 2 days to get our vehicle back, for an oil change and the recall, which i believe was just a software update. We will not be going to that dealership again. More
