Not customer focused. A problem should be looked at before a customer is told he will not have the vehicle for two or three days. And the problem should be looked at on t A problem should be looked at before a customer is told he will not have the vehicle for two or three days. And the problem should be looked at on the day the vehicle is presented for service. Parts for a 2021 model should not take 15 to 20 days to procure. Autonation was a unexpected surprise on one hand and a unexpected dissapointment on the other. Very pleasant Salesman. We had our own financing 2% yet they kept manuevering us to use theirs. Said we dont unexpected dissapointment on the other. Very pleasant Salesman. We had our own financing 2% yet they kept manuevering us to use theirs. Said we dont do financing w your bank, ( we were there on a saturday so they said they could sell the car by time we got back on monday, ) we offered to put a down payment, nope ..we offered to pay for car on our credit card, sure but only 3000 on each card, we offered to write a check for the car( pay ourselves back with our loan) nope. plus if we wrote a check they would pull our credit.( we have 800+ scores)..on and on we went. They ( manager) wanted us to finance with them ..We finally said we have no option but to wait till monday and we walked. Of course they " chased us" to car with a change of mind" if my wife didnt like the car so much i would have said "NO WAY forget it "bc they were obviously playing a game with us and wasted about an hour of my time trying to squeeze me into their financing. Be prepared for them to tell you every reason why they dont accept financing from your bank as if " your bank is singled out" for some reason. Get over that hump and other than the awful 80' s Hair band blaring in the Lobby the place is ok. Tyler WAS great and the Finance guy was great. The manager callibg the shots from the background while he chained smoked outside was the pupper master im not happy with in regards to wasting my time. More
