I had a vehicle stolen that had an extended warranty on it that was purchased at this dealership. I was to get a refund based on the theft date. The dealer refused to give me any money back and also refuse it that was purchased at this dealership. I was to get a refund based on the theft date. The dealer refused to give me any money back and also refused to correctly fill out the cancelation forms. I asked to talk to someone else. The General Manager approached me in a very confrontational attitude asking me what my problem is. I politely explained the situation of the warranty cancelation and he told me there is nothing I can do about the problem and no one I can complain to. I explained they are not following the written policy and being unethical. He then got into my face like he was going to assault me. I asked him what his problem was and he told me he is escorting me out of his dealership. I contacted Autonation's CEO who refused to respond. Our salesman, Logan, was great. He was personable and had a good personality. Which is key to a good salesman. The overall process of trading in and purchasing a vehicle was smooth. They undercut me on my vehicle by an Astronomical amount, claiming these issues that did not amount to the difference of 6k, between what they purchased and sold for. 2. I was told the vehicle was to be detailed and cleaned. It was not, the vehicle had dust on the dash and smudges on the windows. There was a foot print in the backseat that was not cleaned out from before we purchased. Which is frustrating… More

This was my fourth visit to this dealership and have the same experience, just average. No one comes to my car. If I go in everyone avoids eye contact, like they don’t want to help. I made an appointment online, however when I showed up on the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system. They did allow me to leave my van to get the needed service requested. Howev the day and time of the appointment they didn’t have it in there system. They did allow me to leave my van to get the needed service requested. However when I went to pick up my van the tech had left the drivers side floor mat full of greasy footprints. This is not the first time that they had done this to my van, but will be the very last. More
