An anti-collision light came on and was told it could take all day. This is my only ride, I had no one to pick me up and the shuttle doesn't go to Azle, and they had no loner. If you want honesty about how I feel on how my issues have been dealt with here… getting oil changed is fine, wait isn’t too long, so no complaints there, what bothers me though…. Came in a long time ago for oil change and brought moisture being in passenger fog light to the attention of service staff. Was told it would be ordered and they would call to set up appointment to have it replaced… 6 months later nothing, and now driver side fog light has moisture, got oil change last week and pointed it all out…. Was ignored. Pretty disappointing More

The worst EVER. went with appointment to do oil change. when arrived they told me will take up to an hour. after hour and half NOTHING has been done and when I said went with appointment to do oil change. when arrived they told me will take up to an hour. after hour and half NOTHING has been done and when I said how come I have appointment after them! the agent was super careless and just garbed my car out (so after 1.5hrs) it was not touched yet) gave me my key and with a veeery cool blood told me its known oil change takes over an hour and half you can reschedule. i told him its not that easy you simply wasted hour and half from my time. looked at me and said sorry you can reschedule and gave me my key!! when i dropped my car and they said an hour I told the agent (another one not that unprofessional one) I'll stop by sales team then to save time and check some offers or upgrade (so this to go along while my car in oil change) they just pull it up without telling me and didn't put back in order. DON'T WASTE your time with them oil change is not a big deal maaany other places will be more professional and at least respect your time even if you are looking for a dealer there is other dealers unless you like wasting time with ppl not respecting you! NEVER to them again! More
