As previously mentioned , car remains inoperable. I had it towed to a Honda dealership. Received a call on 11/23 that the BCM is bad. So why should I have to pay for this repair? I’ve never had anything like this happen before. This is BAD business…!!!

I contacted a service manager and I explained my concern on the price of the oil change. He explained how labor, oil and filters have gone up in price and the dealership does send out discount coupons. The service manager did adjust the amount I paid to something more reasonable. Thank you
