Very disappointed with the communication. They hadn't fixed it. I ended up taking to another jeep dealer who immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in one day. More

Called Thursday car will be ready but they suggest changing break fluid, I informed them they just changed break fluid 11,000 mile ago. Came in to pick up car. They over billed me, when rep told me I would receive a survey and he tried to shake my hand and said can I count on you to give us 10’s. I said no, he said a customer service rep would call me. I have not received call. Horrible service. More
