The initial car I was going to purchase was sold during the negotiation process which was a horrible experience. I went to another dealership and their pricing was horrible and they wanted to give me less the negotiation process which was a horrible experience. While I was upset with this dealership, it was clear I was getting a good deal so I went back and bought a Rubicon gladiator at near the price of the Texas Trail version the other dealer wanted to offer me. In the end I was happy with the purchase but it wasnt a great experience overall...of course buying a new car never seems to be a good experience and its faster to sign the paperwork on a new house than a car. This place is absolutely horrible! They sold me a litany of “warranties and coverages” when I bought my car. After one year I needed to use the tire and wheel protection. Service team ran out and said not to take the vehicle off because they cannot take the wheel off of a Tesla. Said they didn’t have the tools! Seriously, you don’t have a two ton jack?
