I took my 21 Dodge Charger Scat Pack in for an oil change. I was quoted $119.99 for my oil change. I signed the quote, and the very kind lady who was my advisor told me it would be about an hour wai change. I was quoted $119.99 for my oil change. Sure enough it was an hour wait and I go to pay for my oil change and low and behold the price skyrocketed up to $157!!! I was never advised of this price increase…zero communication!!! Seriously, $157 for an oil change??? This price didn’t include any air filter, cabin filter or tire rotation. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! This dealership has forever lost my business! More

Fuel pump went out of my Grand Cherokee going down I35, they were the closest dealership. I finally got my car back 3 weeks later, after having to call to get updates multiple times.
