It was the general manager that told me to get the f#@& out of his dealership along with the finance manager as well as the 6 or 7 guys that followed me out the door cussing me out as well. All this after they lied to my wife and after she headed out the door is when it all went to heck. As I said this is all because I came in with my own financing and wouldn't use theirs. They tried to sell the truck out from under me to begin with and made me come back in to sign papers to keep it mine only then to inform me they wouldn't take a draft voucher nor would they send the credit union a letter of guarantee so the cu could cut them a check that day but if I ran it through them at a higher interest rate it would be ok to go, I refused and that's when the fireworks started. I have bought a new Jeep from same dealer but will now seek another dealer to work on my vehicle going forward for fear of what might happen to my Jeep while in service. No need to contact anybody from there ever again. I have 27 family members 19 of which drive with several jeep owners in my family who all live around will never go there for anything as well.
