Took Ram to get serviced (running hot) & diagnostic took 6 days. Once found problem said I needed to replace water pump & hose. This was not the problem! Took to another place (auto shop) & replaced the h 6 days. Once found problem said I needed to replace water pump & hose. This was not the problem! I’m disappointed in the fact I brought my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited in for a warranty issue and it took a week to get my vehicle back. Awful service - had 20k checkup and they forgot to put in the oil filter. They towed the car after I broke down on side of the road and returned it to my house later that evening covered in oil.
