Had my vehicle serviced 1/26 AM. The multi point inspection indicated a few items of concern. I called the service advisor on 1/26 and 1/27 to discuss and obtain cost estimates. What is the point of leaving messages if employees are too busy or just do not care? All I wanted was the estimated costs to do some maintenance that the service dept was recommending! More

I came in Friday Jan 21, to get a oil change and tire rotation.. my oil leaked from Friday until Sunday without me knowing my oil l Filter was loose. My garage is ruined from oil and the rug I had under rotation.. my oil leaked from Friday until Sunday without me knowing my oil l Filter was loose. When I came back in the following day no one seemed to care about my oil spill in my garage no manger cared to talk to me anything . I’m still here trying to figure out how will I be compensated for this faulty oil changed that ruined my garage and the rug in my garage . I will be writing a letter to corporate next . I find it funny that the dirt was there the day I came back but didn’t speak to me. No one cares about my hon being ruined because someone failed tightened oil pan … I really hope someone reaches out to me about this if not I’m already doing my homework on who I can speak with and how can I get compensated for ruining my garage and rug -Antonietta Stamps More
