Don't bother making a service appointment. Scheduled a service appointment one week in advance and when I showed up I was told the appointment was only for a discussion with the service advisor and that I service appointment one week in advance and when I showed up I was told the appointment was only for a discussion with the service advisor and that I would have to leave my vehicle for them to diagnose sometime in the next 72 hours. I was having very minor issue with my mirror not functioning as it should. Who can give up their car for two days to diagnose a problem with the mirror? More
