The car was not shaking anymore. It was a scary experience to drive a shaking car in the rush hour traffic on the i-10 feeder road. I appreciate that they washed it and cleaned it, though, and that they addressed all of the other problems that my car had when I dropped it to the shop. More

I brought my Jeep in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, after I dropped it off I was informed that one of my lug nuts was missing. The manager and service advisor Alejandro agreed to replace it s rotation, after I dropped it off I was informed that one of my lug nuts was missing. When I returned to pick up the Jeep I noticed the missing lug nut was actually one of my wheel locks, Alejandro ordered me another set and had them replaced. My service experience was excellent.
