Had an appointment for an oil change for my 2014 Dodge Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Samuels but after it changed to AutoNation that changed. There is also a high employee turn over; so every time I come for an oil change or other service I can never ask for the person if I thought they were any good. Most often they lack basic customer service skills /communication with customers. More

My appointment was maid with ease. I received several reminders in my email. Derrick was kind, attentive, and let me know that he would call me when the car was ready. AT first I wa I received several reminders in my email. Derrick was kind, attentive, and let me know that he would call me when the car was ready. AT first I was told it could take 1 or 2 days. When I arrived, Derrick told me that the car would be ready at the end of the day. I was happy. I forgot my work badge in the car, and discovered it when I got to work. I called Derrick and asked him to check my car. He did, and called me to let me know that he had my badge. My daughter was sick that evening, and I called Derrick and asked him if I could pick up the car Friday morning. He said no problem. Early Friday morning, Derrick was at the desk when I arrived, and my car was washed and parked out front. Thank. I will come to this dealership again. More
