Was quick and easy to schedule. My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. They were supposed to call by 5 but I didn’t realize the time until 6 and they were closing at 7. Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Second in line when they opened. Took 3 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Some kind of mixup in the car wash. Made an appointment. Dropped off Jeep on June 8th at schedule appointment time. They never looked at the vehicle until June 15th.
