More than 4 hours to get an oil change. Ridiculous. I made an appointment and still took them 4 hours to get my vehicle ready, unfortunately the shuttle got a nail on one of the tires so it Ridiculous. I made an appointment and still took them 4 hours to get my vehicle ready, unfortunately the shuttle got a nail on one of the tires so it took about 2 hours to get back home. I spoke with the manager and he did not take good when I complained about the excessive time it was taking for the oil change, his only response was that the appointment was to set a check in time but there are no guarantees for a quick service. Finally, my vehicle was ready and nobody called me to notify that I was ready. I happened to be around and stopped by to check on the status. No apologizes whatsoever, just excuses. I will try to avoid this dealership next time I need to service my Jeep. More

scheduled a 330 appointment for my Jeep for the express oil change package I purchased. Last time I was there they replaced the battery and on the way home I noticed the auto start light was on the dash. oil change package I purchased. I mentioned that to the person on the phone and she said I would have to leave my car for four or five days if I wanted it looked at which was totally unacceptable. I arrived to my appointment 30 minute’s early and they quickly took my vehicle and sent me to the waiting area. 2.5 hours later I got my car back for a scheduled express oil change. I am thinking this is an AutoNation issue because last year I took my Ford Ranger into the Ford store for a waiter oil change appointment and when I finally lost my patience waiting after 3 hours I checked with the service advisor and he said he was sorry but they hadn’t started on my vehicle yet. I took my keys and left. Both stores are in Katy and both have horrible service. More
Great experience, I showed up at 10:30 my appt time, there were already 8 cars in front of me. Thought I would be there all day, I was able to walk and grab lunch and the whole process was 45 mins. Derrick was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They serviced my Jeep at the time reserved and he provided an accurate time of completion. I also liked the video that was sent to customer service. They serviced my Jeep at the time reserved and he provided an accurate time of completion.
