I have nothing but good experiences with your dealership. Derrick is a gem. He is very personable and has always taken care of my problems. I had to have my car towed to your facility because of a flat tire Derrick is a gem. He is very personable and has always taken care of my problems. I had to have my car towed to your facility because of a flat tire and a missing key to the wheel lock late Saturday evening. Early Monday Derrick called me to talk about the problem and he got to work on it. He kept me in the know about the cost and time I could pick it up. I also had them do the 30000 mile check up. I picked the car up on Tuesday afternoon. Thank you Derrick. More
A 3 hour wait for an oil change is just unacceptable. Nonetheless I opted to let them do it since they offered a shuttle ride home. It would have been nice to have been told the shuttle stops at 4 so you either have to find a way back or wait to get your vehicle until the next day when they can send the shuttle. Reluctantly I paid for an Uber since I needed my car that night. When I get there I asked the service rep if they rotated my tires since that’s included in the package I purchase and was told yes (with a seemingly condescending attitude) and was sent on my way. Later I look at my paperwork and noticed it said they could not complete the tire rotation cause they couldn’t find the tire lock key. Mind you nobody called to ask me at which I could have told them where to find it. Overall a very negative experience. I usually got to Bayway in Pasadena which is where I buy my 3 oil change packages and have never waited more than an hour for the oil change. Now that I’ve moved to Katy I guess I’ll no longer do those mopar packages and will need to find a better option for oil changes and vehicle service. More
went in for an oil change, ended up being told I needed not one but 2 new batteries to fix an auto/start light problem. $500 later the auto/start light is still on. I brought my jeep gladiator in for its first warranty oil change and check up. Was told it would take at least two hours to complete. I had to wait for it. I have had my Ram 4500 maintenance here since 2017 and have had no issues since then. I have had a couple service reps though those years and by far Derick has been the by far the best. So they don't keep it for days and what I need done to keep my truck running the best possible. Doesn't pressure me to get thing done but does bring it to my attention when it hasn't been done in awhile but not in a pushy way. More
I work with Derrick every time I take my vehicle in because he makes sure I am taken care of. The only part that is frustrating is the wait for diagnostic issues, 3-5 days of dropping your car off wi because he makes sure I am taken care of.
