went in for an oil change, ended up being told I needed not one but 2 new batteries to fix an auto/start light problem. $500 later the auto/start light is still on. I brought my jeep gladiator in for its first warranty oil change and check up. Was told it would take at least two hours to complete. I had to wait for it. I have had my Ram 4500 maintenance here since 2017 and have had no issues since then. I have had a couple service reps though those years and by far Derick has been the by far the best. I work with Derrick every time I take my vehicle in because he makes sure I am taken care of. The only part that is frustrating is the wait for diagnostic issues, 3-5 days of dropping your car off wi because he makes sure I am taken care of.
