I had a great experience with the service of my 2019 RAM 1500. Korey was very helpful and kind. He listened to my issues and made sure that I had a loaner due to the long wait on the parts to fix my truck. 1500. Korey was very helpful and kind. I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times for the scheduled maintenance but the last two times, the wait time was 4 hours and 3.5 hours. This last time they lost my lugnut key. Two weeks after my appointment, I had a flat and the key was nowhere to be found. I went to the dealership and Diego in service couldn’t find it. He told me he would check with the tech the next day but never called me back. I made multiple attempts to call and finally got Ray in Service. He was supposed to see what he could find out and call me back but I still have not heard from him. I NEED THE LUGNUT KEY!!! They lost it and should replace it. I guess since my services have already been paid for, they don’t think I rate good customer service because this is definitely NOT good customer service. More
This is the worst service center i have ever seen. I have given my brand new car for the first oil change and AutoNation gave me a worst experience.they dont care about your vehicle. They have left a big scrath mark on car ful tank lid and oil shoe marks around driver's foot rest area, over head area. They didnt care about atleast cleaning the marks. I would not recommend this service center. More
My first service experience was not as expected. I brought my car in for the first oil change expecting it to take an hour or less. Over two hours later I still had not been approached by my service I brought my car in for the first oil change expecting it to take an hour or less. Over two hours later I still had not been approached by my service advisor. I walked over to the service desk and happened to see my car ready. My service advisor was no where to be found. After standing in the service area for five minutes another advisor found someone to complete my paperwork. More
In checking up on my vehicle I had to call 7 times before I actually spoke to a person who tried to help me. Left messages with no call backs. Just a bunch of voice recombination ring around. Terrible experience. Third time I have had bad expericineces here. Arrived at 701am, appointment was at 7. Sat in vehicle until 709. Spoke with Service guy left. Received a call at 1030 he was going to check on something and let me know. At 3pm I started calling him leaving messages. Then I called the main dealership, was transferred put on hold then asked for him and I was put through to his phone which again went to message. Eventually spoke to a human being, and yes she put me on hold. I used another phone, while first was on hold, to call the dealership again, got hold of another lady who could not get hold of anyone in the service dept. She said she would send them a message. Great no Vehicle for me until tomorrow! Service guy casually calls me the next day as if everything was ok! I spoke to the manager who delivered my vehicle at 315pm. So they had it from 7am Monday to 315 pm Tuesday to get two new key fobs! Oh and BTW they did not clean it at all as advertised. Simialr experiences in the previous two times, but this was the worst. Time to find another service dept. More
Check engine light on, gas cap light came on briefly and bluetooth was disconnecting. Made an appointment and early the next day we were all set only needing a new battery which was great news because we ha bluetooth was disconnecting.
