I scheduled on the phone which was easy and quick. Service agent came to my car quickly, answered my questions and took the car. I had oil change and rotation completed. They called about 4 hours late Service agent came to my car quickly, answered my questions and took the car. I had oil change and rotation completed. They called about 4 hours later to tell me the car was ready. I thought the cost of the oil change was high, but they took my $30.00 coupon that had been sent to me online and that helped. The dashboard is telling me my tire pressure is low. I'm not sure if that was checked when they rotated the tires. I will give it a little time to see if I need to call and ask about it. I had a great experience with the service of my 2019 RAM 1500. Korey was very helpful and kind. I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times for the scheduled maintenance but the last two times, the wait time was 4 hours and 3.5 hours. This last time they lost my lugnut key. Two weeks after my appointment, I had a flat and the key was nowhere to be found. I went to the dealership and Diego in service couldn’t find it. He told me he would check with the tech the next day but never called me back. I made multiple attempts to call and finally got Ray in Service. He was supposed to see what he could find out and call me back but I still have not heard from him. I NEED THE LUGNUT KEY!!! They lost it and should replace it. I guess since my services have already been paid for, they don’t think I rate good customer service because this is definitely NOT good customer service. More
