My car just stopped on me 1 night and I was scared that it was done. I didn’t even remember about my warranty until I called the service department and spoke with Michael. He looked up my policy and advise it was done. I didn’t even remember about my warranty until I called the service department and spoke with Michael. He looked up my policy and advised that some things maybe covered and some won’t . I was just thankful that some of it would be covered. So thaey looked at my car and let me know what was going on with it and we went from there. He was with me every step of the way reassuring that they would help me in any kind of way they could and he did just that. I just want to thank Michael and Autonation for helping me and fixing my car. More
Mike was great and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. He had initially stated my car wouldn’t be worked on until the following day(I was fine with this) but it got looked at same day! my service ep for that day was ALEJANDRO PEREZ he was professional and kept me informed at all times about my car. BIG SHOUT OUT to Korey A. and Derick F. as well the have both been my service rep as we professional and kept me informed at all times about my car. Took 3 weeks to get an oil change due to them not having the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone p the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone pick me up.... Oil change and tire rotation only, not sure if it is because the service is built in my purchase or they are just that slow. Should be considered a paying customer for a FIFO just like those who are paying per, only difference is I paid upfront for my service. More
