My car just stopped on me 1 night and I was scared that it was done. I didn’t even remember about my warranty until I called the service department and spoke with Michael. So thaey looked at my car and let me know what was going on with it and we went from there. He was with me every step of the way reassuring that they would help me in any kind of way they could and he did just that. Took 3 weeks to get an oil change due to them not having the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone p the oil for my truck. when it was available I dropped it off at 7AM (scheduled) and it was not ready until 2PM. After 2 hours I had to have someone pick me up.... Oil change and tire rotation only, not sure if it is because the service is built in my purchase or they are just that slow. Should be considered a paying customer for a FIFO just like those who are paying per, only difference is I paid upfront for my service. More
