I would never recommend anyone ever bring their vehicle here to the service center for repairs. Their team are scam artists and incompetent. They tell you to bring your car in early Monday, but then they s here to the service center for repairs. Their team are scam artists and incompetent. They tell you to bring your car in early Monday, but then they sit on your car and don’t touch it till the end of the week. They are poor communicators, and don’t tell you anything unless you hound them. So the first time I brought the vehicle in they had it for a week and a half. Didn’t even touch it till after day 5. Then they told me I need a whole new transmission. But there are none in the entire country and to please come pick up the car. Then 2 weeks later I get a call they magically found a transmission. My extended warranty covers $7500 and I’m on the hook for the remaining $2700. After having my vehicle for over a week again( ever offered a loaner) the transmission gets replaced. I pick up the car. It’s still doing the exact same hard shifting as it was the first time I took it in. Money well spent. I take it BACK In. After sitting on my car for 11 days they say it’s an O2 censor. I had to go up there and demand my car back and speak to the manager because they don’t communicate anything with me and I need my car. It’s my only means of transport. They finally offer me a loaner. Another 5 days goes by and they made a service request to my ext warranty for motor mounts now. Still don’t bother to call and tell me. 4 days goes by and my car is finally repaired. I pick the car up Friday and it STILL shifts hard and has new problems on top of that. They had my car for a total of ~40 days. Never offered a loaner until I demanded my car back. Scammed me out of $2700 for a “new transmission”. Lost parts when they were delivered. They’re crooks and incompetent. More

Having Derrick as a service advisor makes things easy. He keeps us informed of the vehicle’s progress and manages expectations well. Based on this visit I will not be using you dealership again. Poor customer contact from severice advisor, in fact, there was none until I came in to check on my vehicle after not being able to contact again. While I am aware I am not your only customer which the advisor didn’t hesitate to tell me, I was a customer and after being told there was a 2-3 day work time, by day 4 at the very least I expected some follow-up from my advisor.
