I had a 7:00 am appt. Derek was prompt and made certain my routine service was done properly and completed in a timely manner. Dropped my 2020 Ram off for a recall and another issue on 9/26/22 (schedule at 2pm and the service advisor was apparently taking a long lunch...red flag). Could not get in touch with anyone in service until 9/26/22 (schedule at 2pm and the service advisor was apparently taking a long lunch...red flag). Could not get in touch with anyone in service until 10/3/22. Called on the 3rd day, talked to a service rep (not the one assigned to me, that guy was MIA until the end), he never got back with me. Emailed 2 times and called relentlessly and finally received a text back (from the service rep assigned to me). They could not replicate the issue after 40 miles of trying (maybe should have given me a call since I stated it would happen during a certain period). Stated that they could not get the recall part, so that was not even touched all while I paid for a rental that cost me over $800, just for them to add miles to my truck and do nothing with the recall. Maybe they should have been in contact with me and let me know about the part. It took me pestering them to get an answer. Who knows how long they would have kept my truck. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TAKE TO THEM FOR SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would have. Oh, they waived the diagnostics fee, so thanks I guess. I'm still out $800 for their lack of communication and customer service. More
