I took my 370z in for an oil change after having to wait three weeks due to scheduling. I knew it was going to be a wait because they had to get the oil from Nissan to due this service. The guy that helped me told me it would be a wait and i already knew that and was prepared. I went outside and waited for someone to help get me booked like he asked. After 15 min of waiting and seeing others helped, I stopped a guy walking by and asked for assistance, he walked straight over to the gentleman that originally assisted me and appeared to be upset or bothered. This oil change took 4 hours. I had an appointment that was at 10:00 am and I figured I would be done by 12:00 but it was a little after 2:00pm. I felt like because I had a vehicle other than a jeep or ram that they did not really have time for me. I used this dealer in the past when I did have Ram's and my jeep and was very pleased with the dealer which is why I choose this dealer over any of the other AutoNation dealers on the same stretch of freeway. The actual oil change i was very pleased with it was the service guys attitude that will cause me to never go back to Auto Nation Jeep in Katy More
The Service department is trash. I brought my car to their services due to a simple driving belt replacement. Since I bought the warranty I thought I'll be able to save a few dollars I brought my car to their services due to a simple driving belt replacement. Since I bought the warranty I thought I'll be able to save a few dollars and go. I called my warranty and they told me to take it to the dealership since my deductible was low. Brought my car to the service and before I was able to advise my issue, A guy named Delgado asked me why didn't I take it to Volvo? I told him that I got the car from you guys and my warranty advised me to bring it to you. Well, bad idea, they hold my car for 4 days just to tell me they can't do a because of a special tool they need. What is so special to fix a serpentine belt??? So I end up fixing it myself without it and you guessed it, I'm canceling my warranty ASAP! More
The service department is horrible, they are impossible to reach by phone. A 3 day repair is taking 10 days thus far. Second time to use dealership for routine service on my vehicle. Both times vehicle was delivered on time as indicated by service rep. The most recent time the vehicle was delivered washed after the serv vehicle. Both times vehicle was delivered on time as indicated by service rep. Took in for service light. Told it would be 4 to 5 days to look at. Kept in touch with me over texts. Light is off , jeep running fine.
