Last trip to this dealership. I asked for a couple of issues to be checked under warranty, an oil change with multi-point vehicle inspection and a state inspection. I had a coupon mailed to me by Mopar stating Synthetic oil change(5 qts) and the multi point inspection for $59.95. They found no issues with what I asked to be checked, which is ok. They did not perform the state inspection, so now I get to make another trip somewhere else to have this performed. My wife picked up the vehicle and when she handed me the receipt the oil change/multi point inspection was charged at $119.07 plus $24.95 to rotate my tires. Service writer told wife he put a 10% discount on oil change and multi point inspection. Original service writer promised he'd be in touch with me on Thursday (I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday). Friday I called to check status (getting hold of someone there was another experience). Writer was off but the man I spoke with said he'd check and get back with me. He did, told me the vehicle was ready. Why does dealership not honor coupon sent to me by Mopar? Terrible communication from writer. I spent over 2 hours trying to get to talk to anyone in service dept. Very disappointing. I'll drive an extra 10-12 miles to a different Chrysler dealership in the future. When vehicle was parked waiting for pickup, whoever put it there run the rear bumper up on a curb. Wife said she could hear scraping as she pulled away. I haven't had the chance to cralw down there to inspect. Being handicapped that is difficult for me. More

The communication from this service department is terrible. I was not told there would be a 4-5 day wait to diagnose the problem with my vehicle until after they had the vehicle several days. I had my Dodge Journey towed to this location because they installed a battery several years ago and I thought that the current problem could be a dead battery. It was towed in on Thursday afternoon, Feb 16. I left it there expecting to have some kind of update on Friday. After leaving messages around 1 pm and getting no return calls, I finally got someone in the service department that told me they were backed up. Then about 4:30 pm I received a call from Ray Coleman stating that my battery couldn't be charged and that it would be Monday before anyone from the diagnostic team could look at it. That left me without transportation from Thursday to Monday. On Monday Feb 20 I received no calls or updates from the service department. By Tuesday, after leaving messages, I called the corporate customer service phone line and registered a complaint. The lady on the phone, Felicia, also attempted to call the service department. After calling several different numbers, she finally spoke to Jennifer (don't know who she is) and was again told that the problem with my vehicle still needed to be seen by the diagnostic team and that it would be Wednesday or Thursday before any repairs could be done. At about 4 on the same day, Alex called to say I needed an alternator and a new battery. The vehicle would then be ready for pickup Late on Thursday Feb 23. Since I am an educator- It was critical that I have transportation to get to school, but because of the lack of communication, I had no idea how long I needed to try to arrange an alternate means to get to the school campus. A quick phonecall each day to keep me informed would have helped me plan. However, If I had been told on Thursday Feb 16th of the lengthy wait to figure out the problem, I would have had my vehicle towed to a different service shop. I hope I never have to take my dodge journey back to this place. Keeping someone's car for a week for a battery and alternator, is ridiculous. I do not recommend service department. More
