Service crew need to make sure a proper documentation is checked. I have my extended warranty and i was told i had to pay 600 usd. Very unhappy with service. My vehicle has been to the shop twice for the same problem. The first time I was without a car for 4 days before I had to place myself in a rental. I My vehicle has been to the shop twice for the same problem. The first time I was without a car for 4 days before I had to place myself in a rental. I received my car back a week later and within 2 weeks it’s back in the shop. My vehicle was placed on the diagnostic machine and the advisor told me that he was taking it back to the mechanic who repaired it. He came back saying it possibly may be my fuel injectors or my spark plugs. How is this so when I paid 400 dollars for spark plugs and you took my engine apart the first time and never mentioned my fuel injectors. Then I was told that the loaner vehicle that they had was suppose to be returned on Monday ( I returned my vehicle on Tuesday) and that they will keep an eye out for the vehicle. I understand that it may take time to look at a vehicle but being that I’m returning in 2 weeks they should of made any accommodations to make up for this incident. I guess they don’t don’t trying to make their customers happy. If you don’t have a warranty think twice before taking your vehicle here for repairs. More
The appointment process was brutal, just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was upset about the process since I had paid for the maintenance package. The tech Justin made the experience much bett change and tire rotation. I was upset about the process since I had paid for the maintenance package. Jennifer the service coordinator was very nice and friendly. She got assistance for my needs and coordinated the fixes soon after arriving without an appointment. Only issue is waiting area didn’t hav friendly. She got assistance for my needs and coordinated the fixes soon after arriving without an appointment. Only issue is waiting area didn’t have phone charging capabilities nor free snacks. At the price you pay for repairs and service they ought to be able to provide that free. And cost of vending products was ridiculous. More
