Got the deal we wanted on the Jeep we ordered and financed for the amount agreed upon... with some work. We ordered the Wrangler in November, it was built, but delayed due to a rail issue in transpo financed for the amount agreed upon... with some work. Then, we met with the financing manager, who tried to be relentless with the aftermarket/extended service contracts. We stuck to our guns and FINALLY signed the finance papers and left. From the time we arrived to the time we drove out was 4 hours. A long time in my opinion. We should have been in and out in less than 90 minutes. I recommend buying here, but if you don't want the extended services, be prepared to deal with the finance person. I'll only mention the name of the salesperson we dealt with because it was a positive experience. The negative experience, why mention names? Probably his job description. More
