Went in to purchase a used 2021 Ram 1500 with a trade. Everyone was friendly and I feel the price on my purchase was a good deal. My complaints are I was at the dealership for 4 hours. This guy was the COMPLETE opposite!!! No-pressure, we didn't feel rushed and most importantly he listened!! The final price was exactly as negotiated! Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, 2+ hours later i finally received it back. I booked an appointment online and checked in to my appointment in advance, thinking it would be similar to a hours later i finally received it back. I booked an appointment online and checked in to my appointment in advance, thinking it would be similar to any other service industry if you have an appointment. Apparently, making a reservation is only good for making sure you get service that day and does not mean you will get service at that time. I would highly recommend not paying for this package if you buy a vehicle from them. It's not worth it. More
