My appointment was maid with ease. I received several reminders in my email. Derrick was kind, attentive, and let me know that he would call me when the car was ready. When I arrived, Derrick told me that the car would be ready at the end of the day. I was happy. I forgot my work badge in the car, and discovered it when I got to work. My daughter was sick that evening, and I called Derrick and asked him if I could pick up the car Friday morning. He said no problem. The service was decent until it came time to refund my $1000 they forgot to account for in the paper work.
