Awful Customer service I understand being short on employees and delay in parts but I had an appointment on Thursday and had to go pick up my truck on Tuesday night without it being seen and not getti employees and delay in parts but I had an appointment on Thursday and had to go pick up my truck on Tuesday night without it being seen and not getting any answers or communication. Had an appointment for an oil change for my 2014 Dodge Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Ram that took over 2 hours…. This location has the worst customer service all the time. The only time I had good service was when it was still Allen Samuels but after it changed to AutoNation that changed. There is also a high employee turn over; so every time I come for an oil change or other service I can never ask for the person if I thought they were any good. Most often they lack basic customer service skills /communication with customers. More
