Fantastic service. I was traveling from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on. It turned out to be the fuel pump. Had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Second in line when they opened. Took 3 1/2 hours to get my truck back. Some kind of mixup in the car wash. Made an appointment. Dropped off Jeep on June 8th at schedule appointment time. They never looked at the vehicle until June 15th. Service writer quoted me a price of $116 to change oil in my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238. He told me he did not know it was a diesel, but he was standing by the truck looking at a my RAM2500 and when I went to get the truck, it was $238.
