Great experience, I showed up at 10:30 my appt time, there were already 8 cars in front of me. Thought I would be there all day, I was able to walk and grab lunch and the whole process was 45 mins. Derrick was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They serviced my Jeep at the time reserved and he provided an accurate time of completion. Was quick and easy to schedule. My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. The only issue I had was p My service advisor was Alex. He was really nice and helped me determine if I actually needed the service I was requesting. The only issue I had was pick up notification. They were supposed to call by 5 but I didn’t realize the time until 6 and they were closing at 7. If I hadn’t called at 6 I wouldn’t have been able to pick up and I absolutely needed my car back that evening. More
