My last service experience was not good at all. Despite having an appointment for an oil change, I was told the wait would be 2 hours. I waited for over 2 hours and then checked on the status of my vehicle. I was then told that the work was just about to begin and would take another 35 minutes. I was not given any status updates prior to that, and was not informed that my wait would be longer than 2 hours. Since I had other appointments that day, I asked for the work to be completed as quickly as possible, which meant going without the multi-point inspection. I ended up being at the dealership for 3 hours, instead of the 2 hours I was expecting. My time was not treated as valuable. If I agree to wait for 2 hours, it doesn’t mean I have 3 hours available. Furthermore, when I checked in for the service appointment, I asked if they could take a look at the center console USB outlet, which is currently not charging. I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle there for 5 days and that there were no loaners available, and wouldn’t be, even if I tried a different date. I was also told that, if it turned out to be a blown fuse, that would not be a warranty item, and that I would have to pay the cost of diagnosis. This is just not acceptable. The vehicle is still under warranty, and an issue like that should be fixed under warranty. Whatever the reason. Period. My 2020 Ram Rebel 1500 is the 17th vehicle I’ve owned over the last 30+ years. I have to say that this is one of the worst and most frustrating service experiences I have had in all that time. Edgar is a really good salesman really kind person I’d would definitely go buy a vehicle with him… but the Fianace guy he’ got me pissed off I told him no I didn’t want all the extra warranty and he kept would definitely go buy a vehicle with him… but the Fianace guy he’ got me pissed off I told him no I didn’t want all the extra warranty and he kept existing for to purchase the warranty I would say no thank you we don’t need it and he kept pushing till I got mad he almost ruined the sale I was about to just get up and walk away… that need to just stop when you say no.. but other then that they really come Thur nice and smooth More
The dealership made repairs as needed but I was very frustrated when I called to make an appointment. I made an appointment but when I arrived my service advisor wasn't there. Received an email from him later asking if I wanted to reschedule since I hadn't brought my car in???? More

We overall experience was very long it took 3 weeks for me to get my car back, when they said 3-5 days. I messaged and called my service guy everyday for updates he reassured me they were working on it. bu me to get my car back, when they said 3-5 days. I messaged and called my service guy everyday for updates he reassured me they were working on it. but 1.5 weeks with no rental that was provided and if I did get a rental that was $100 down and $11 a day, didn't seem worth it plus the gas I would have to put in. still 3 weeks with no car I'm glad Johnathan my sales guy updated me everyday with what the information he had. that's the only reason its getting 4 stars and would go again. The attention was good, but due to the inexperience of the person who attended me, I paid more for the oil change. Supposedly I had an oil change coupon available, then he informed me that I didn't have the person who attended me, I paid more for the oil change.
