The dealership made repairs as needed but I was very frustrated when I called to make an appointment. I was told that I would have to leave the car for 3-5 days and couldn't make an appointment to shor frustrated when I called to make an appointment. I felt life they were trying to discourage me from bringing my car in. Work was done well but it took 3 days for simple trim work and an oil change. I made an appointment but when I arrived my service advisor wasn't there. Received an email from him later asking if I wanted to reschedule since I hadn't brought my car in???? More

We overall experience was very long it took 3 weeks for me to get my car back, when they said 3-5 days. I messaged and called my service guy everyday for updates he reassured me they were working on it. bu me to get my car back, when they said 3-5 days. I messaged and called my service guy everyday for updates he reassured me they were working on it. but 1.5 weeks with no rental that was provided and if I did get a rental that was $100 down and $11 a day, didn't seem worth it plus the gas I would have to put in. still 3 weeks with no car I'm glad Johnathan my sales guy updated me everyday with what the information he had. that's the only reason its getting 4 stars and would go again.
