This dealership is the typical "I want your business don't care what happens after" dealership. I purchased a new vehicle in December and started having issues in February, I din't receive a call to sch don't care what happens after" dealership. It's July and I'm still dealing with issues, all the managers either leave or get fired and no one in management takes responsibility for their lack of service. Take your money elsewhere! I have had my Ram 4500 maintenance here since 2017 and have had no issues since then. I have had a couple service reps though those years and by far Derick has been the by far the best.
