Been trying to get my car serviced for months bad service never has a loaner this is the worst dealership I’ve bought in a car or even got service from I also got my car repaired at the collision center car never has a loaner this is the worst dealership I’ve bought in a car or even got service from I also got my car repaired at the collision center car was not repaired hundred percent I have a noise in my tire I have smoke coming out of my AC vents and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with it it takes months i’ve been to two dealerships and all the same By far the worst dealership ever never ever by car from Auto Nation again More
I had a great experience with the service of my 2019 RAM 1500. Korey was very helpful and kind. It was truly a pleasant experience to buy a truck from you. The salesman was nice, knowledgeable and honest. the finance lady was pleasant showed all of the extras but not pushy. I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times for the scheduled maintenance but the last two times, the wait time was 4 hours and 3.5 hours. This last time they lost my lugnut key. Two weeks after my appointment, maintenance but the last two times, the wait time was 4 hours and 3.5 hours. This last time they lost my lugnut key. Two weeks after my appointment, I had a flat and the key was nowhere to be found. I went to the dealership and Diego in service couldn’t find it. He told me he would check with the tech the next day but never called me back. I made multiple attempts to call and finally got Ray in Service. He was supposed to see what he could find out and call me back but I still have not heard from him. I NEED THE LUGNUT KEY!!! They lost it and should replace it. I guess since my services have already been paid for, they don’t think I rate good customer service because this is definitely NOT good customer service. More
