Lack of knowledge in service department. Very rude and not trustworthy. Did an install wrong took a woman of no knowledge to tell them it was installed wrong. Repeatedly taking vehicle in. A huge inconvenience for their stupidity. Then... my 2 year warranty on lift was up to find out they didnt complete the install accurately yet again. I believe my 2 year warranty should start once the install was complete and accurate. The moral there is pathetic and customer service failed me. Numerous managers coming and going. Beware of this facility. They will only upset you and disappoint you. 😞 i will never recommend this place to anyone. Good luck... More

The make ready on the Nitro took 10 days but that I believe was waiting on recall parts. I am at the moment satisfied with the purchase.
