If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible dealership. Very unprofessional and non-communicative. This includes management all the way up to the General Manager. I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership for any service-related matters or body damage repairs. I purchased several pre-paid oil changes so I was visited the service department several times over 2 years. Every time was a let down. At my final visit the service was so bad I had my truck picked up by a tow truck and taken to another dealership. Stay away from Autonation!!! More

I was told the recall parts were available at time of scheduling, but when I arrived for pickup of my car after the appointment - I was told the parts were not available that day and we would have to res scheduling, but when I arrived for pickup of my car after the appointment - I was told the parts were not available that day and we would have to reschedule. In addition, they did not check my warranty concerns and I was told they would contact me when a rental car was available. It has been 4 weeks - no one has followed up to schedule my recall or warranty inspection OR returned my voicemails. I continue to drive my new vehicle, with what Dodge considers a safety concern recall, with no concern from the dealer to assist me to resolve. Finally, instead of a car wash and detail as promised with any service... my car sat outside all day with grease along the driver doors that I had to clean off myself. I just tried to call the service manager to give them a chance to make it right instead of posting this review and was told his cell phone is not working today and he would "call me back". More
